Sometimes you just want something simple and yummy. For lunch, I made pastrami, pickle and watercress bagel with some leftover salads. It was delicious, a pure taste of summer, yet so unpretentious and non fussy.
One salad was a simple beetroot and feta for rich saltiness and to curb my cheese cravings. The other was a cheat's coleslaw from Waitrose, both leftovers from the East London Steak Company Mayfair burger I had made during the weekend.
No cooking involved for a tasty lunch. :)
